Ashley Swartz’s passion for technology, advertising and media are a reflection of the cloth from which she is cut. Her career has included manufacturing of components, electronics, entrepreneurial start-ups, and running a media practice, all coupled with over 10 years living and working in Europe, Asia and Central America. With a background in finance, she has landed in digital advertising due to her love of technology and ability to navigate and scale new channels to market. She most recently led the iTV practice at Digitas New York and the Global Samsung.com business.
Leveraging her legacy building scalable advertising solutions in emerging channels like Mobile and Video Games, Ashley founded Furious-Minds to provide, consulting, advisory and monetization strategies for companies whose revenue streams are advertising related or live within the converged ecosystem of iTV. One of the many ambitions for Furious-Minds is to be a platform leading by example in an effort to attract and provide support for women in technology, on boards and to acquire funding.
She lives in NYC and practices what she preaches; in her living room is an HDMI hub, connected to 5 OTT devices and her Samsung Smart TV.

Anna is an online advertising veteran who has been active in digital media since 1998 working with a large number of Fortune 500 marketers and global media agencies. Most recently Anna has partnered with Ashley Swartz to build Furious Minds and to bring her expertise of helping start-ups and technology companies define and accelerate their sales efforts. Along with launching Furious Minds, Anna is developing a new travel platform called TravList. TravList is Anna’s passion for traveling coming to life, and she has created it with the main objective of allowing consumers to create, share and get inspired for their next trip.
Previously she was SVP of Sales Development at SocialVibe, a social network focused on engagement marketing. Before her term at SocialVibe Anna spent almost five years at AOL, serving in various executive positions including VP of Agency Development, VP of Category Sales, and Travel Category Sales Director. Her teams were tasked with enhancing strategic initiatives for AOL’s top partners and overseeing the company’s national advertising strategy by agency, industry, and across various AOL owned sites.
Prior to AOL, she served over six years as an executive in advertising sales and strategy at Yahoo!, where her positions included Travel Category Manager, Global Alliances, and New York Sales and Account Management. She began her career as a Sports Sponsorship Manager with communications firm Tunheim Partners in Minneapolis. Anna has traveled in over 50 countries, works with several non-profit organizations in New York City and Kenya. She is a University of Minnesota graduate and lives in Manhattan.

Theresa J. Palermo joined Furious-Minds as the Director of Client Services with a background in Communication, Marketing and Philanthropy. Prior to joining Furious, she worked at Digitas, in Marketing on Global Clients and leading their Community Service Day, a 500 person event serving the New York Community. Theresa’s skills, positive attitude, and knack for organization and attention to detail have played an integral role at Furious.
Theresa is a native New Yorker who is passionate about music, attending shows and festivals, her kindle, and exploring the city.

With a background in broadcasting communications, Lexi Hughes is the writer and producer behind redfury.tv. Redfury.tv is commentary provided by Furious CEO, Ashley J. Swartz, on the ever-changing media, advertising and online video landscape. Lexi, who also works with Furious clients on strategizing and building profitable social media campaigns, is excited to contribute and help create both client content and publish content for the Furious- Minds brand.
